Enrollment Process
Please click here or on the ACA Enrollment/Lottery Application link above to submit your application for enrollment.
If the number of applications at the completion of Open Enrollment exceeds the spaces available, a lottery will be held to determine enrollment. This process ensures applicants have an equal opportunity for enrollment. If open enrollment has ended and spaces are still available students will be offered seats on a grade-specific basis, in order of their application.
Priority Enrollment: Multiple Siblings and Children of Staff/BOD
When completing the form, the primary registrant should be your oldest child. In the case of multiple siblings, a family name will be entered in the lottery. If the family name is selected, all children in that family will be enrolled so long as space is available in the requested grade(s).
Additionally, priority spaces will be available for children of full-time staff and children of individuals on the ACA Board of Directors, not to exceed 15%.
Weighted Lottery:
Families qualifying for Free or Reduced Lunch may choose to participate in ACA’s weighted lottery. This lottery is held prior to the general lottery and provides additional access by setting aside 20% of seats to students who qualify for FRL. Students who are not selected in the weighted lottery are subsequently entered in the general lottery.
PLEASE SUBMIT ONLY ONE APPLICATION. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR SUBMISSION.
